摘要
马斯洛关于"自我实现的创造性"的概念以及"激发自我实现创造性的问题首先是培养一个创造性的人问题"的观念,为当代教育中创造型人才的培养提供了新的视角和可行的思路。
Maslow's concept of 'creativity for self-fulfillment' and his idea of 'arousing cretivity for self-fulfillment is at first an issue of training a person of creativeness' show us an angle of view and provide an approach to training and bringing up creativeness personnel in the contemporary education.
