摘要
合理评价交通管理水平提高的经济效益,可以从时间价值角度分析交通对经济的拉动作用,采用水平比较法对其时间效益进行了研究,评价方法可行,评价结果客观。
Rational evaluations of the benefits by improving level of traffic management can be used to analyze the effects of traffic on economy from time-value point of view. This paper studies time benefits using level comparison methods with results indicating the feasibility in approach and objectivity in evaluation.
