摘要
随着2004年9月26日公伯峡水电站首台机组投产发电熏我国水电装机容量突破了1亿kW,水电发展进入了一个新的历史阶段。我国是水能资源比较丰富的国家,水能资源蕴藏量列世界第1位;但我国人均能源资源占有率偏低,而且随着经济发展和环保要求的提高,对清洁能源的要求越来越迫切。水电是可再生的清洁能源,目前我国水能资源的总体开发程度还很低,仅约为20%,这与我国水能资源开发在能源资源利用中的重要地位极不相符。水电发展正面临着新的历史机遇,有很多有利于水电事业快速发展的积极因素,我们应抓住机遇,实现水电事业的健康快速发展。
Following the commissioning of the first generating unit of the Gongboxia hydroelectric project on September 27,2004, the installed capacity of hydropower in China reaches 100GW. The hydropower development has entered a new historical phase. China is rich in hydropower potential that ranks first in the world. However, the average consumption per capita is low. Moreover, along with economic growth and increased requirement for environmental protection, the clean energy demand is increasing sharply. Hydropower is a clean and renewable energy. At present, the hydropower development in China is low, amounting to only 20% of the total potentials. This does not match the important role the hydropower plays in the application of energy resources in China. The hydropower development course is facing a new historical opportunity. There are many factors favorable for rapid development of hydropower. So we must get hold of this opportunity to bring in a sound and rapid hydropower development.
