摘要
目的 :应用排龈技术获取更加清晰的印模及模型 ,为以后制作代型及精确修复提供基础。方法 :对57例门诊患者行冠桥修复时 ,于备牙前预排龈 ,取印模前排龈膏再排龈。结果 :94.15 %的模型颈缘及肩台可被明显分辨。结论 :该方法可减少牙体预备时对牙龈组织的损伤 ,并可获得精细模型 ,为提高冠边缘密合性提供了可能。
Objective:Using gingival retration for exactly model is very good foundation for prosthesis.Methods:A technique utilizing knitted gingival retraction during tooth preparation and impression procedure was described and57patients evaluated.Results:94.15%of the model margin and shoulder can be evidently distinguished.Conclusion:Several advantages are found in the study.It results in limited gingival damage during tooth preparation and exactly model.
