摘要
目的 :回顾分析交通伤骨折好发部位及影响治疗效果的相关因素。方法 :2000年2月到2003年12月间67例交通伤致多发骨折合并脏器损伤 ,根据损伤严重程度评分逐个评分 ,再将各个病情和治疗方法进行分析 ,从中发现骨折好发部位、与影响治疗效果的相关因素 ,结果 :全部67例多发骨折和多发损伤病例 ,经与麻醉科、普外科、脑外科、胸外科、口腔五官科紧密协作 ,通过尽快手术、及时抢救均得到了及时有效救治。结论 :交通伤中以下肢骨折为多 ,常为多发骨折 ,尽快手术和多科室紧密配合可提高危重病人的抢救效果。
Objective:To retrospectively analyse the most likely sites of fractures caused by traffic accidents and relevant factors affecting treatments and results.Methods:67cases of multiple fractures caused by traffic accidents from February2000to December2003were evalˉuated from aspects of fracture sites and trauma severity,from which the most likely fracture sites and relevant effective factors were found.Results:All67cases were effectively treated in time through cooperation of multiple departments.Conclusion:Fractures of lower extremities compromise a large part of fractures caused by traffic accidents,most of which are multiple fractures.Cooperation from relevant departments and operations as early as possible can obtain the therapentic efficacy.
