摘要
利用数学模型推导出了原子发射光谱标准加入法的测量误差公式 。
Mathematic model was used to deduce the measurement error formula of standard adding method for atomic emission spectrum. It is proved that when the content of the added measured element standard is equal to the content of the measured element in the measuring sample, the error is lest.
