摘要
医院联盟的本质是一种基于价值链的、涉及到医院之间资源交换和共享的合作关系或伙伴关系。医院联盟作为一种全新的医院组织模式与竞争优势的载体,是医院组织形式改革的重要路径,是建设基本现代化医院的重要发展战略。近年来,许多大型医院都跨地区、跨所有制实行医院结盟,增强竞争力,扩大影响,提高市场覆盖率,充分显示医院联盟策略获得越来越多的青睐。我国医院的战略合作时代已经来临。医院联盟作为医院基本现代化的一个视角,当前只有零星的实践,理论界还没有作出关注和阐述。本文拟从相对企业战略联盟理论着手,引进医院联盟概念,目的是为医院基本现代化问题探索一个方向,以求为医院联盟运作机制在实践中的成功应用提供思路。
The essence of hospital’s union is a cooperative relationship or partnership based on value chain and relating to resources exchange/sharingamong hospitals. Hospital’s union, as a brand new pattern of hospital’s organization and a carrier of competency advantage, is an important channel forreforming hospital’s organization and an important strategy for developing basic modernization of hospital. In recent years, many large hospitals have formedhospital’s union trans-region and trans-ownership, competency being improved, influence and market coverage enlarged, it fully shows that the strategy ofhospital’s union increasingly becomes more favorite. It is the times for strategic cooperation for hospitals in China. Hospital’s union, as a visual angle for basicmodernization of hospital, now only has few practices, so far the theoretical circles have not paid attention to and exposed it. The article introduces the conceptof hospital’s union based on the theory of enterprises’strategic union, the purpose is to explore a direction for basic modernization of hospital and offer ideasfor successful operation in running the mechanism for hospital’s union in practice.
