摘要 为了充分调动药学人员的积极性和主动性,提高科室核心竞争力,我科尝试设计并实施了一套在新形势下适合于医院药学人员绩效评估的管理规程。 在全员培训的基础上,自下而上地确立评估指标体系,由简到繁地实施评估并反馈。通过有效的绩效考核工作,达到以下结果:观念提升,行动改变;流程优化,效率提高;团队合作,能力发展;促进了学习型科室的建设。药剂科实施绩效考评具有必要性和可行性,其有利于建立起有责任、有激励、有约束、有竞争、有活力的运行机制,使科室各项工作走向规范化;有利于促进科室内涵建设,对于建立新型药学服务模式具有十分重要的作用。 In order to incentive the to improve their employees?organizational commitment, the pharmacy department tried to design and applya performance appraisal system and its procedure, which can fit the working environment of the pharmacists in the Chinese current healthcare policy. Itdeveloped a performance appraisal system, through the intensive communications between supervisors and the employees, especially encouraging alllevels employees to take part in and express their real opinions. This development process is based on the training to all the employees and is becomingmore intensive and detail gradually. This performance management is designed with the win-win principle, through which respected the employee of theshop follow, so it help to improve employee誷 behaviors and attitudes, encourage them to be professional, commitment, and competency.
