摘要
学科建设是医院发展的重中之重,科教兴院已成为医院发展的主导理念。学科发展要具备六大要素:一是高素质的学科带头人;二是具有优势特色的学科主攻方向;三是团结奋进的人才队伍;四是与学科发展相匹配的实验支撑条件,五是国际国内领先的标志性成果;六是高素质的管理队伍。学科建设重在人才。介绍了仁济医院实施人才工程,制定了“五大机制”的做法及成效。
Building discipline is the key for hospital development, the concept of flourishing hospital through developing science and education alreadybecame a leading one. There are 6 major factors for building discipline: 1. leading person with high empowerment for the discipline; 2. main direction ofdiscipline development with advantage; 3. united talents in striking for advance; 4. laboratory support marching discipline development; 5. leading markachievement internationally and domestically; 6. managerial persons with high empowerment.
