摘要
无锡市第一人民医院进行托管制改革后,将科室的管理权委托给以科主任为主的科室管理小组,实行院、科两级的托管。以科主任为首的托管小组为对专科的医疗质量、技术水平、服务流程和经济运行等实行全面管理。科室管理层改变以往的单纯业务管理为全面的质量、经营管理,从制定科室的发展规划实行目标管理;加强质量管理,实现可持续发展;开展技术创新,创建品牌科室;加强质量管理,实现可持续发展;开展技术创新,创建品牌科室;实施成本核算,提高管理效益;增加宣传意识,提高科室竞争力;加强科室之间的协作,实现共同发展等方面进行科室管理取得了科室建设的快速发展。
Since the trusteeship has been conducted in No. 1 People’s Hospital in Wuxi City, the managerial power to department/division has beenentrusted to department/division managerial group headed by director of department/division, 2 level (hospital and department/division) trusteeship has beenconducted. The trusteeship group headed by director of department/division conducts comprehensive management to department/division in medical servicequality, technical level, service flow chart and economic operation etc. The department/division managerial level conducts comprehensive management toboth the quality and operation instead of the only professional management in the past, involving in: working out department/division development plan/targetmanagement; improving quality management/sustainable development; conducting technical innovation/developing brand department/division; conductingcost accounting/improving managerial benefit; improving sense of publicity/ department/division competence; strengthening coordination among department/division and joint development etc.. As a result, department/division building develops rapidly.
