如何在保证医疗质量的同时又有效地降低成本是每一个医疗系统管理者关注的重要问题。美国近20年来实施的“个案全程管理”的方法收到了较好的效果。本文简要介绍了这个方法的内容、起源、在医疗机构中的运用及其未来发展的前景。
How to effectively reduce cost while medical service quality is guaranteed is an important issue for the managers of every medical system.The method “complete case management” implemented in recent 20 years in USA has got relatively good result.
