教育实习是高等师范院校培养合格师资的重要环节。本文在总结经验的基础上,提出教育实习管理工作中存在的七个问题,并就解决这些问题进行简要探讨,为高师院校做好教育实习工作提供参考。

Teaching practice is an important procedure in cultivating qualufied teachers innormai colleges. This article is to demonstrate seven problems existing in the administration of teaching practice on the basis of the past experiences and to have a preliminary study on these problems in order to provide reference for the college authorities in the management of teaching practice.
