石河子地区人口老龄化的现状、问题及其对策

An Exploration on Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of the Population Aging in Shihezi Areas

利用典型移民地区石河子的人口普查、公安户籍、"十五"人口和计划生育调查评估等资料,对石河子地区人口在快速进入人口老化过程中,老年人口增速快、比例大、阶段性聚集、寿命长的现状和特点,及其对石河子地区农业产业结构调整、社会保障、健康养老体系运行将造成的影响和发展的趋势进行了分析,并初步探讨了石河子地区人口安全的有效途径。

Taking advantage of the materials of census,domicile and population during the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan together with the investigation and evaluation of family planning,this thesis analyses the characteristics of the influence and development trend resulted from rapied population aging, the percentage of the senior citizens are greater, life expectation is longer.Agricultural industry adjustment, social security, health and veteran population system in Shihezi are dealt with as well in the paper.
