摘要
对乙醇胺酯化法合成牛磺酸的技术路线进行了改进和研究。实验选取乙醇胺和浓H2SO4作为原料,考察了温度、反应时间和原料配比等因素对合成反应的影响,同时对产品纯化的工艺条件也进行了研究。通过工艺改进和反应条件优化,得到牛磺酸总收率为78.3%。该工艺缩短了反应时间,提高了产品的收率和纯度,降低了生产成本。
The paper discusses the improvement manufacture ways of taurine by ethanolamine esterification. In this experiment, the ethanolamine and vitriol are used as raw material and the effect of temperature, reaction time and ratio of raw material on the synthesize of taurine was studied. At the same time, the conditions of purification for products were investigated. As a result, the taurine yield rate is about 78.3%. Compared with references, the time of reaction was shortened, the yield rate and purification degree were increased and the cost decreased.
