摘要
催产素和加压素是由下丘脑神经元产生的神经内分泌激素,胞体含有这二种物质的神经元主要分布于下丘脑室旁核、视上核,其纤维在大脑及脊髓内有广泛的投射,且催产素和加压素在许多细胞中有共存现象。催产素和加压素均通过与相应受体结合的方式发挥生理作用。二者受体分布广泛,有一定的同源性,生理作用也很广泛。本文就近年来国内外关于催产素和加压素在痛觉调制方面的研究工作做一综述。
Oxytocin (OT) and Vasopressin (VP) are neuroendocrine hormone developed from Hypothalamus neuroes, which contains two substances mainly distribute in Paraventricular nucleus(PVN), Supraoptic nucleus(SON), whose fibers project widely in Cerebrum and Spinal cord, OT and VP co-exist in many cells. They bring into physiological effect through conjecting corresponding receptors. The receptors have certain homogeneity, wide distribution and physiological effect. This article merely makes abrief summary on pain modulation study field in the past few years.
