转枯草芽孢杆菌纤溶酶(Bacillus subtilis fibrinolytic enzyme,BSFE)基因烟草营养器官显微结构特征 被引量:2

摘要  转枯草芽孢杆菌纤溶酶(Bacillussubtilisfibrinolyticenzyme,BSFE)基因及其信号肽和前肽序列烟草与野生型烟草营养器官显微结构分析结果表明:二者在细胞形态上没有明显差别。但转基因烟草的细胞层次明显少于野生型烟草;转基因烟草的输导组织木质化程度明显高于野生型烟草,且韧皮部有退化现象存在。 The comparison of microstructure of the vegetative organ of the trans-BSFE gene and its signal peptide and propeptide sequence tobacco with the common tobacco showed that their cell morpha was same, the number of cell layers of the transgenic tobacco was smaller than that of the common tobacco apparently, the degree of conducting tissue's lignification of the transgenic tobacco was higher than that of the common tobacco apparently, and phloem showed the sign of retrogression.
