中性束注入器(NBI)是一套用来产生高能带电粒子并进行中性化的设备。优良的动态真空特性是NBI获得高的束传输效率的重要保证。对布置于NBI主真空室的低温冷凝泵进行了低温抽气特性测试,结果表明,使用该泵能获得满足NBI要求的动态真空。
The neutral beam injector is a set of equipment that is used to produce energetic particles and then neutralize them. Excellent dynamic vacuum performance is the key factor for getting high beam transmission efficiency. The performance of the cryocondensation pump mounted in main vacuum vessel is tested. The results indicate that the required dynamic vacuum can be met by using the cryocondensation pump.
