高温真空除气对材料磁导率的影响

摘要 为了满足真空材料出气率的要求,HIRFL CSR工程超高真空系统制定了高温真空除气工艺,此工艺在明显降低了材料的体出气率的同时,对降低真空室材料在机加工、焊接等过程中所产生的磁性有显著的作用。 In order to satisfy out-gassing rate of UHV material, the degassing method by high temperature and high vacuum has been used for HIRFL-CSR project, which can not only reduce out-gassing rate of vacuum material but also greatly depress rate of magnetic conductivity.
