真空充气包装贮存是通过抽真空和充入氮气来处理粮食及馆藏古籍等物品,从而保证它们在长期储藏时不易变质。通过气体扩散理论分析讨论了其机理。
The vacuum filling gas package is used for safe-deposition such as the foodstuff and old book long time by pumping and filling in with Nitrogen. The mechanism was discussed on the base of the diffusion theory.
