十运会江苏田径项目国内实力定位与对策研究

The Domestic Strength of Jiangsu Track and Field and Its Strategies in the 10th National Games

通过文献资料、调查访问、统计分析等方法以江苏省田径竞技一线与二线运动员为研究对象,对江苏省田径项目在十运会上夺取金牌、奖牌数、全国排名做出实力定位;提出加大后备力量培养工作力度,搞好人才引进,努力提高教练员队伍素质,狠抓科技进步与科技创新,不断更新训练方法与手段的对策。

By analyzing the rank of Jiangsu track and field team in the 7^(th),8^(th) and 9^(th) National Games,counting the number who won the top eight in the individual events from 1993 to 2001,and studying the achievements of the adult and the youth athletes in national championships recent years,this paper estimates the number of golden and other medals Jiangsu track and field team will get,as well as its national rank in the 10^(th) National Games.Therefore,the paper suggests that Jiangsu track and field team should strengthen the work of reserve forces training,introduce into talents,improve the makings of coaches,take charge of scientific and technological progress and innovation,and continuingly renew the training methods.
