关于进一步发展我国高校办高水平篮球队的思考

Probe into the Further Development of Our High-level Basketball Teams in Universities

采用文献资料法、数理统计法和访问调查法等对高校高水平篮球运动运行现状进行了调查研究,结果显示,运动队的资金及运动员来源;运动员学习与训练的矛盾;教练员的水平等问题始终是限制我国高校高水平篮球队建设的瓶颈。相关政策的规范化;资金的多元化;高水平教练员的引进与培养等是解决这些问题的主要手段。

The development of our high-level basketball teams in universities has always restricted by such problems as the source of the players and funds for the teams;the self-contradict of the studying and training of the players;the level of coaches etc.The main means for these problems are the normalization of relating policies;the Diversification of the funds for the teams;the appointment and cultivation of coaches etc.
