摘要
目的 了解我市学龄前儿童视力发展情况及影响因素。方法 采用上海第二医科大学附属新华医院标准化的STYCAR字母匹配的视力检测卡片。小儿任一眼不能匹配字母 6 / 4T .V者为异常 ,任一眼不能匹配最小的 2个字母 6 / 3H .O者为可疑 ,任一眼能匹配所有字母及最小的字母为正常。结果 视力异常检出率为 2 5 .16 % ,可疑检出率 18.39% .结论 看电视距离、户外活动时间、每天看电视时间、每次看电视时间、室内灯光等多种因素影响学龄前儿童的视力 ,应做好儿童眼保健工作。
Objective To explor the advance and factor of preschool children's eyesight.Methods The children's eyesight were chected by STYCAR alphabet chart,and analyse it by.Results The eyesight abnormal is 25.16%.Conclusion The distense and times of watch TV,the exercise times of outdoor,eyesight of preshchool children were hurt by many factors,it should do well the work of eye of children.
