摘要
知识经济时代,企业组织创新呈现新的发展趋势,即分立化、柔性化、集团化、网络化、扁平化和无边界化。当用市场手段组织生产的交易费用小于用层级制手段组织生产的交易费用时,企业组织就趋于分立化,分立化有横向分立和纵向分立两种形式;柔性化是企业具有参与国际竞争、对意外的变化不断反应以及适时根据可预期变化的意外结果进行调整的能力,与组织的可塑性密切相关;集团化是指竞争主体由单个企业转向企业集团,竞争则主要靠综合实力;网络化和扁平化是就组织结构而言,它减少了中间层次,缩短了信息和知识的传递过程,扩大了管理幅度;无边界化是部门间的边界模糊化,而使组织的整体功能得以提高。
In the time of knowledge economy,the enterprise organization innovation develop towards separation,flexibility,organization,network,flat structure,and bounderlessness.If the transaction cost arose while the production is organized by the means of market is lower than the transaction cost arose while the production is organized by level system,the organization will develop towards separation,and there are two directions of this development,horizontal and vertical. The development towards flexibility means that the organization has the ability to adjust itself according to different kinds of situations.The development towards organization means that the main body of competition has changed from individual enterprise to enterprise group,it will lead to more impetuous competition.The development towards network and flat structure concerns the structure of the organization,it will reduce the middle levels and make the information and knowledge pass through a shorter distance.The development towards bounderlessness means that the borders among different sectors become vague,it will improve the organization's comprehensive function.
