摘要 本文介绍了微粒体甘油三酯转运蛋白MTP(microsomaltriglyceridetransferprotein,MTP)的结构、功能。并展望了MTP在畜牧业上的应用前景。 In this paper, structure, function of the microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) were reviewed. The perspectives of MTP applications in animal husbandry were also disccssed.
