利用花粉诱变技术改造热带玉米种质的研究

Studies on Reform of the Tropic Corn Population by EMS Inducing Mature Pollens

由于种质的匮乏严重地制约了玉米育种的发展,本试验利用EMS花粉诱变技术处理热带种质,以达到改造利用热带种质的目的。结果得到一个具有温带适应性的热带种质。

Being short of corn germplasm, the progress of the corn breeding is very slow in my country. So in the experiment it induced the tropic corn population by the EMS, in order to reform and make use of the tropic materials in temperate zone. In the experiment it obtains one tropic plant which can live well in the temperate zone.
