摘要 FTIR监测系统是遥感探测红外辐射的有力工具,文中通过分析红外傅里叶变换系统的工作原理,研究了系统的数据获取和处理方法。针对影响系统监测精度的探测器的非线性,提出了自适应比例修正ASCM算法,并运用该算法对系统的探测器进行了红外光源的光谱响应修正,使修正之后的FTIR监测系统的测量精度大大提高。 FTIR monitoring system is powerful for remote sensing of infrared radiation. In this paper,the principle of FTIR system is analyzed .The method for data collection and processing based on DSP is studied. Basing on the non-linearity of detector which influences on the monitoring precision,an adapted scaling correction method is proposed. The algorithm is employed to correct the spectral response of infrared source. The measurement precision is improved significantly after correction.
