医院管理工作流模型研究

Research for Workflow Model Based on Hospital Management

工作流技术能够实现业务过程的集成、业务过程的自动化与业务过程的管理,鉴于此,文中提出将工作流技术应用于医院管理,用以实现医院各项活动的合理配置。介绍了工作流技术和Petri网的顺序、并行、选择、循环四种控制流结构,并结合医院门诊部的工作流程建立了门诊患者就诊工作流模型,采用WPDL文本描述语言对此模型进行了形式化描述。通过对此模型的分析,指出在医院管理中应用此模型能够规范业务流程,监控医疗过程的执行。

Workflow technology can make operation process'integration,automation and management into reality,so this paper proposes that workflow technology is applied to hospital management.This system can realize the reasonable collocate of hospital's activities.Workflow technology and four control flow structures (sequence,parallel,choice,circulation) based on petri-nets are introduced.This paper gives a workflow model about that outpatient is examined in hospital which combine the hospital out-patient department work process.Uses WPDL text descriptive language to describe this model.Through analyzing this model,it points out to apply this model at hospital management that can make the business process normal,supervise and control the medical treatment process.
