摘要
pH值水平和蔗糖质量分数是影响花粉发芽的重要条件,本文用三个pH值水平和三种蔗糖质量分数共9种组合,分别对来自三个无性系的樟子松花粉的发芽率进行了测定、比较、分析,结果表明,pH值为5.5、蔗糖质量分数为10%的培养基最适合樟子松花粉发芽。
As the important factors affecting pollen germination of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica, sucrose quality fraction and pH level were composed 9 combinations by respective 3 values in experiment design. Testing pollen from different clones of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, their germinations were determined, compared and analyzed, respectively. It concluded that the optimum medium was 10% of sucrose quality fraction and pH level at 5.5.
