摘要
目的 利用AutoCAD2000软件对骨科影像学资料进行线性数据、角度以及面积等测量,获得量化 数据,以供临床分析。方法 利用计算机X线摄影术、计算机体层摄影术、磁共振显像等的原始数字图像或 者扫描、翻拍获得的数码图像,作为AutoCAD的光栅图像格式插入,利用AutoCAD的标注功能或查询功能, 完成距离、角度、面积的测量。结果 利用AutoCAD对骨科影像学资料进行数据测量,具有简便、迅速和精 确的特点。结论 AutoCAD软件能够辅助完成对骨科影像学资料角度、距离、面积等的定量化分析,在短时 间内提供出可供分析用的量化数据。
Objective Using the computer-aided design software package AutoCAD (version 2000) to fulfill planar dimension measurements of planar human orthopaedic images for quantitative clinical analysis. Methods The original digitalized spinal images from CR,CT or MR workstation, or secondary images photographed with digitalized camera or scanned with scanner from CR, CT or MR films were transfered to the manipulation platform of AutoCAD2000 software from its insert→image menu with proper insert base point, scal and ro-tation angle according to actual situation. The measurement spot was marked, measurement line was drawn and boundary of measurement region spline was fitted and closed. Using its dimension menu, the inclination and distance measurement was reached, using its tool-inquiry menu the apparent distance and area measurement value was obtained. Compared to the apparent distance value of the reference ruler on the secondary images, the actual distance and area value was calculated out. Results The AutoCAD software could give exact distance, inclination and area measurement values of human orthopaedic images timely and exactly, and was relatively easy to learn. Conclusion AtuoCAD software could assist to fulfill quantitative measurement of distance, inclination and area of human orthopaedic images efficiently thus provide necessary quantitative data for clinical analysis.
