摘要
甲红霉素治疗呼吸道感染６４例（男性３８例，女性２６例；年龄４４±ｓ１７ａ）。用法为０．２５ｇ，ｂｉｄｐｏ，疗程７－１４ｄ，有效率为９７％，细菌清除率为９４％，不良反应发生率为１２％。分离菌药敏显示，对呼吸道感染常见病原菌具良好的抗菌作用，对流感杆菌作用优于红霉素等大环内酯类。
Clarithromycin was given to 64 patients(M 38, F 26;age 44±s 17 a) with respiratory tract infections at the oral dosage of 0.25 g,bid for 7-14 d.Results showed the total effective rate was 97%,the bacteriologic eradication rate was 94%,and adverse reactions rate was 12%.The microbial in vitro sensibility test on isolates indicated that clarithromycin has good activity on bacteria responsible for respiratory tract infections and is more potent against H influenzae than other macrolides including erythromycin.
