Constructing the Internal Contrd System of China's Commercial Banks

分析了我国商业银行内部控制的现状,指出了加强国有商业银行内部控制的对策,以中国银行总行内部控制组织结构模式为例,从内部控制组织制度设计着手,设立适应我国国有商业银行发展的总行内部控制组织结构。

This paper analyzes the present state of internal control of China's commercial banks and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the internal control of China's state-owned commercial banks. Taking the internal control organizational structure of the Bank of China as an example, this paper starts with the design of the internal control organizational system to set up internal control organizational structure for the Bank of China which is adapted to the development of state-owned commercial banks.
