摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,知识经济对高等教育培养和造就大批创新人才提出了迫切的要求,而如何来评价和衡量一名大学生是否是创新人才,他应具有哪些方面的创新素质,长期困扰着整个教育界和实业界。鉴于此,在明确大学生的创新素质评价理论依据和基本原则的基础上,力争科学合理地构建适应创新人才培养的素质评价体系,以期为教育界和实业界提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge economy has posed an urgent demand for cultivating a large number of innovative talents, whereas how to evaluate and judge whether or not a college student is an innovative talent and what qualities he/she should possess have bewildered the whole education circle and industrial circle. Thus, on the basis of theories of assessing innovative qualities and basic principles, this paper tries to construct scientifically and reasonably the evaluating system for the cultivation of innovative talents so as to provide reference for education circle and industrial circle.
