摘要
相关的政府政策及高校专业设置不合理等问题是导致当前我国一方面人才奇缺,另一方面大量的大学毕业生无法就业的根本原因。政府应加强宏观管理与调控,从宏观上加强人才预测、专业设置的调整以及各类人才培养规模的调控,同时加大与高校毕业生相关的劳动人事制度、就业分配制度、户籍制度和社会保障制度的改革力度,加快实施已有的促进大学生就业的政策。高校方面应根据社会、经济发展的需求,调整专业结构。
The related government policies and unreasonable curriculum setup in colleges and universities have led to the shortage in talents and on the other hand led to low employment rate of college graduates. This paper points out that the government should strengthen macro-management and macro-control in terms of talent prediction, curriculum setup, and the scale of talent training, and in the meantime, increase the reform strength in personnel systems, employment and assignment systems, residential systems and social security systems, accelerate the implementation of the present policies promoting the employment of college students. The colleges and universities should regulate their course structures according to the requirements of the social and economic development.
