Strengthen the Management of Charges to Accelerate the Development of School

结合重庆工学院收费管理具体实践,提出了3项措施来加强收费管理,规范学校收费工作。这3项措施:一是加强制度建设,明确职责分工;二是严把三关,规范收费运作;三是强化组织管理,严格经费使用。

Combining the practice of management of charges in Chongqing Institute of Technology, this paper puts forward 3 measures to strengthen the management of charges and standardize the work of charging, namely: firstly, the strengthening the construction of systems and specifying the division of responsibility; secondly, the standardized operation and checking on three points strictly; finally, ordered organization and careful use of charges.
