通过分析合资企业里中外员工之间的种种误会,探讨中外合资企业中的跨文化交际,以期避免误会,建立和谐的人际关系,达到经济效益最佳。
Based on the misunderstanding between staff in joint ventures, this paper discusses cross-cultural communication in joint ventures, aiming to avoid misunderstanding and achieve great economic results.
