近6年来,我国房地产投资与销售增长迅猛,成为名副其实的经济支柱性产业之一,但我国房地产业的增长过分依赖银行贷款,使得2003年6月央行121号和18号文件出台后,国内房地产开发"门槛"提高,银行贷款难度加大。在这种情况下,开发商有必要积极寻找多元化的融资新渠道。
The investment and sales of the real estate has increased rapidly in China for six year. This paper discusses the new financing strategy in the real estate facing the increased interest rate of the bank loan at present.
