摘要
讨论了一般机械在瞬态过程和稳态过程中所呈现出的不同振动特性,提出了基于瞬态过程分析机械故障诊断的必要性。针对瞬态过程诊断问题,将时频分析方法应用于非平稳信号的处理,同时针对时频分布图利用 Hough 变换,提取分布图中的线性部分。最后,给出自行火炮变速箱在不同工况下的瞬态过程振动信号的时频分析实例。实例证明,本文提出的方法对机械设备非平稳振动描述是可行的,对机械设备的故障诊断是有效的。
This paper analyzes the necessity of fault diagnosis in transient procedure and discusses the different vibration characteristics in transient and stable procedures.According to the nonstationary sig- nals of gearbox in its transient process,the combination of time-frequency method is used;this method can analyze the signal both quantitatively and qualitatively.Meanwhile,‘Hough transformation’meth- od is also applied to analyze the result of the time-frequency distribution of the nonstationary signals and to extract the linear part.The experimental result shows the methods in this paper is effective on analy- zing the nonstationary signal,and especially on the diagnosis of gearboxes diagnosis.
