肝素钠抗凝剂对手工凝聚胺配血的影响分析

Effect of the antiagglutinating heparin on blood-matching test

目的了解肝素钠抗凝剂对手工凝聚胺配血结果产生的影响。方法分别采用不同类型的抗凝剂、不同的肝素钠浓度,用两家生产商的凝聚胺试剂,对20例临床患者、97名体检人员的血标本进行交叉配血。结果不同生产商的凝聚胺试剂结果相同,而不同的抗凝剂、不同的肝素钠浓度对交叉配血的影响不同。结论肝素钠具有干扰手工凝聚胺配血结果的作用,其作用的大小可能与抗凝剂的浓度有一定关系。

Objective To find out what effect the antiagglutinating heparin will produce on a blood-matching test in which polybrene is used manually. Methods Blood samples collected from 20 clinical patients and 97 outpatients were put into alternate blood-matching tests, using various types of antiagglutinin, different concentration of the antiagglutinating heparin to blood and polybrene produced by 2 factories. Results It had the same result using different polybrene, but it had different interference by using various types of antiagglutinin and different concentration of the antiagglutinating heparin to blood. Conclusion The antiagglutinating heparin is able to interfere with the result of a blood matching test in which polybrene is used manually and the degree of interference may result from the ratio of concentration of antiagglutinin to blood.
