摘要
利用人工霜冻模拟箱 ,对南美斑潜蝇蛹的过冷却点和结冰点进行了测定。结果表明 ,南美斑潜蝇蛹的过冷却点温度为 - 1 2 .2 7℃ ,结冰点温度为 - 1 1 .0 1℃ ;随着蛹的发育 ,其冷却点和结冰点温度呈逐渐上升趋势 ,说明发育初期蛹的抗寒能力最强 ;
The supercooling points(SCP) and the freezing points(FP) of the pupae of L.huidobrensis were (-12.27 ℃) and -11.01 ℃,respectively.Pupaes of different development stages had different SCP, the SCP tended to ascend with the development of pupae,the SCP of the pupae in the early phase was significantly higher than that of the pupae in the middle and late stages.
