摘要
目的 探讨百忧解对血管性抑郁症的治疗效果。方法 将血管性抑郁症患者 68例随机分为百忧解治疗组 (n =3 8)和对照组 (n =3 0 ) ,在治疗前和治疗后 4周、8周分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)评价疗效。结果 治疗 4周、8周后 ,治疗组抑郁症状改善者明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )结论 百忧解联合尼莫地平治疗血管性抑郁症有较好疗效 ,而且耐受性好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of prozac combined nimodipine treatment invascular depression.Methods Patients with vascular depression (n=68)participated in our treatment study with prozac or placebo randomly,change in depression mood was measured by the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),before and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Results Patients who received prozac had greater recovery in HAMD scale at the end of the treatment and the efficacy rat was 81.6%.Conclusion Prozac combined nimodipine treatment can be used in the treatment of vascular depression.
