摘要
目的 观察脑出血灶周HIF -1α蛋白的表达情况 ,探讨HIF -1α在脑出血灶周的表达特点与出血时间的关系和意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 3 1例高血压脑出血患者出血灶周边脑组织HIF -1α蛋白的表达。结果 3 1例高血压脑出血灶周边脑组织标本中 ,HIF -1α蛋白阳性表达率为 5 1 6% (16/3 1) ,7例正常脑组织中HIF -1α蛋白阳性表达率为 0 ,两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。HIF -1α蛋白在脑出血后不同时间阳性表达率分别为 :出血后 <8h 16 7% (1/7) ,出血后 8~ 2 4h 5 3 3 % (8/15 ) ,出血后 >72h 77 8% (7/9) ,出血组之间比较 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 HIF -1α在高血压脑出血灶周神经组织中有表达 ,且HIF -1α表达的程度与出血时间呈正相关 ,它有助于缺血脑组织神经细胞的保护。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HIH) and try to find out its character, its correlation with the time of ICH and its significance. Methods The expression levels of HIF-1α were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining. The author also compared the expression of HIF-1α in brain tissues, which have different time after HIH. Results In 31 cases of HIH, positive expression rates of HIF-1α was 51.6%(16/31) and 0 in normal brain tissues. The positive rate was significantly higher in HIH than in normal brain tissues (P<0.05). HIF-1α positive expression rates were 16.7%(1/7) in 8h , 53.3%(8/15) between 8h to 24h and 77.8%(7/9) after 24h of HIH in pathology. HIF-1α expression was closely related with time of operation after HIH (P<0.05).Conclusion HIF-1α was over expressed in HIH, and there is a significant correlation with the time after HIH. It can help hypoxic neurons survive in the condition of hypoxia.
