摘要 综述了β-木糖苷酶的性质、结构、催化机制和基因工程等方面的研究进展,并展望了该研究在能源工业、造纸工业和医药工业上的应用前景。 Xylan, as the main component of hemicellulose, is a natural resource.β-xylosidase, a key enzyme in degra- dation of xylan, not only plays an important role in energy industry and paper making but also has a promising foreground in medicine industry. Review was made on β-xylosidase of its characterization, structure, mechanism and gene cloning etc.
