血清雌孕激素水平及其比值对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠率的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)当天血清雌孕激素水平及其比值对体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF- ET)妊娠率的影响。方法:对94例不孕患者进行IVF ET,在注射HCG当天应用酶联免疫法测定卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)。按注射HCG当天血清P水平不同分3组:第1组P≤2.86 nmol/L42例;第2组2.86nmol/L<P≤9.54nmol/L32例;第3组P>9.54nmol/L20例。根据注射HCG当天P/ E2比值分为2组:P/E2<1组74例和P/E2≥1组20例。比较各组的妊娠率。结果:按P水平分组,第3组的种植 率及妊娠率低于其他2组(P<0.05)。P/E2<1组的妊娠率高于P/E2≥1组(P<0.05)。结论:在IVF ET中,注 射HCG当天患者血清P水平及P/E2影响妊娠结局,是预测IVF ET妊娠率的较好指标。 Aim: To study the effect of serum progesterone level and P/E_2 ratio on pregnancy rate (PR) in fertilization and embryo transfer cycle(IVF-ET) in vitro. Methods: A total of 94 infertile patients were treated with IVF-ET. Serum concentration of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E_2)and progesterone (P) on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) administration were meastured by using ELISA and the pregnancy rate was observed. Results: Patients were divided into three groups according to serum progesterone concentration: P≤2.86 nmol/L; 2.86 nmol/L<P≤9.54 nmol/L and P>9.54 nmol/L on the day of HCG administration. The implantation rate and PR were significantly lower in P>9.54 nmol / L group than those in the other two groups(P<0.05); patients are divided into two groups according to P/E_2 ratio: P/E_2<1 and P/E≥ 1. The PR of P/E_2<1 group was significantly higher than that of P/E_2≥1 group, P<0.05. Conclusion: P and P/E_2 ratio on the day of HCG administration are related to the PR rate in IVF-ET cycles. P and P/E_2 ratio are good guideline in predicting the PR in IVF-ET cycles.
