摘要
目的:探讨孕酮对离体在位及异位子宫内膜细胞巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)分泌的影响。方法:采用 ELISA方法,检测10μmol/L、0.1μmol/L孕酮作用24h后,体外培养的在位及异位子宫内膜细胞上清液中MIF水 平。结果:与空白组比较,高、低浓度孕酮作用24h后的在位及异位子宫内膜细胞MIF分泌量减少;异位内膜组的 下降程度大于在位内膜组(P<0.01);高浓度孕酮作用强于低浓度孕酮组(P<0.05)。结论:孕酮对子宫内膜细胞 分泌MIF具有明显抑制作用,对异位内膜分泌能力的抑制作用更为显著。
Aim: To evaluate the regulatory effects of progesterone on the secretion of migration inhibitory factor(MIF) by ectopic and eutopic endometrial cells in vitro. Methods: Eutopic and ectopic endometrial cells from 13 cases of endometriosis were cultured and exposed to progesterone(10 -5 mol/L,10 -7 mol/L, respectively). MIF secretion was analyzed in the culture supernatant by enzyme-linked immumosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Progesterone could inhibit the MIF secretion in ectopic and eutopic endometrial cells. Level of MIF in ectopic group was significantly higher than that of eutopic group. The effects of down regulation were more obvious when the concentration of progesterone increased. Conclusion: Progesterone can inhibit the MIF secretion in ectopic and eutopic endometrial cells, especially to the ectopic endometrial cells.
