摘要
目的:应用Cuff管技术建立大鼠异位心脏移植模型。方法:40只Wister大鼠随机分为供受体各20只。先 准备受体,将受体右髂总动、静脉外套自制Cuff管后备用;供体经肝下下腔静脉穿刺应用肝素冰盐水灌洗供心,灌洗 液自腹主动脉切口流出,至流出液澄清止,“U”剪开胸廓切取供心;将供心无名动脉、左肺动脉分别与外套有Cuff管 的受体右髂总动、静脉吻合建立心脏血流通路。结果:20例正式手术成功率90%,移植后心脏长期存活(>60d)。结 论:该方法简便、迅速、可靠,易于掌握。
Aim: To establish the model of heterotopic heart transplantation using two-cuff technique in rats. Methods: The recipients' right iliac vessels were cuffed respectively for preparation. The cold heparin saline was perfused into the donor's heart via the infrahepatic vena cava and flowed out from the abdominal aortic incision. After the fluid was clear, the donor's heart was harvested. The heart transplantation was performed by anastomosing the donor's left pulmonary artery to the recipient's right iliac vein and the donor's innominate artery to the recipient's right iliac artery using cuff technique. Results:Of the 20 cases undergoing transplantation, 18 survived till to be killed (>60 d). The success rate was 90%. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and reliable.
