摘要
给出了由间苯二酚、三氯氧磷和苯酚反应合成间苯二酚磷酸酯阻燃剂的路线,研究了物质的量配比、温度和催化 剂对反应的影响.确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:三氯氧磷与间苯二酚的物质的量之比为2.2∶1;第一步反应温度为60℃,反 应时间为6h;第二步反应温度为130℃,反应时间为8h;以AlCl3作为催化剂效果最好,催化剂用量为第一步反应物总量的 2%,产品收率达90%.在不同的塑料制品中对其阻燃性能做了测试,结果表明它是一种较好的阻燃剂.
In this paper was reported a method of making resorcin phosphate as flame retardant from phenol, resorcin and phosphous oxychloride, was studied the influence such factors as mole ration, temperature and catalyst have on the reaction, and was established the best reaction condition: The molar ratio of phosphous oxychloride and resorcin is 2.2∶1. In the first step, the reaction temperature is 60℃, and the reaction time is 6 hours. In the second step, the reaction temperature is 130℃, and the reaction time is 8 hours. AlCl3 is the best catalyst. Its dosage is 2% of the total amount of all reactants in the first step. The yield reaches 90%. The flame retardance has been tested in different plastic product, which shows that resorcin phosphate is a good flame retardant.
