摘要
以Ａｃｕｓｏｎ１２８ＸＰ电脑声像系统仪联接Ⅰ５１００５－ＭＨｚ食管探头，对１１０例心脏病患者行经食管心脏超声检查。结果显示，其对冠状动脉近段显像率、双心室功能评价、微量瓣膜返流及左心房血栓迹象等检测敏感性均优于同期经胸壁心脏超声。几乎无创伤、相对安全、可连续重复检测等为其优点，咽部不适感为最大缺陷。
patients with heart diseases were studied by transesophageal echocardiography using Acuson 128XP computed sonography system.
