摘要
青海省是我国春油菜主产区之一,油菜产业无论是对本省农业经济的发展还是农民收入的增长,都具有十分重要的意义。文章通过分析国内外和省内油菜生产和贸易情况,采用国际上流行的SWOT分析方法,分析论证了青海省油菜籽在国际市场上的竞争优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并在此基础上提供了发挥优势、增强市场竞争力的对策措施,为合理制定青海省农业产业政策提供了科学决策的参考和依据。
Spring rape is main one of the produce areas in Qinghai China.Rape industry are all very important meaning for wether is to the economic development in agriculture of the province or the farmer income increases.Domestic and international rape produce and trade conditions were analyzed with SWOT,international last popular of SWOT analysis method.There were advantage,inferior position,opportunity and threaten after Qinghai rape competitive ability were demonstrated,The countermeasures of develop advantage,strengthen the market competition ability were put forward.Reference foundations were offered to establish agricultural industry policy in Qinghai.
