摘要 以ABS树脂为主要原料,用短玻璃纤维对其进行增强改性.基于前面对挤出工艺条件对短玻璃纤维增强ABS复合材料力学性能及流动性能的研究,本文选择挤出温度为 225℃,螺杆转速为 60r/min;实验从配方研究入手,着重探讨了玻璃纤维含量的不同,对复合材料的力学性能、流动性能以及耐热性的影响.结果表明:随着玻璃纤维含量的增多,复合材料的拉伸强度、耐热性提高;缺口悬臂梁冲击强度、无缺口简支梁冲击强度、熔体流动速率降低和断裂伸长率下降. Utilized short glass fiber,ABS resin which was regarded as main raw material was enhanced.Making use of the conclusion about the influence of the extrusion processing conditions on mechanical property and flowability of short glass-fiber reinforced ABS,extrusion temperature of 225℃ and screw revolution speed if 60r/min was chosen in this paper .The experiment starting with filling a prescription and studying, the influent of the different content of the glass fiber on mechanical property,flowability and thermostable property of the composite was studied in detail in this paper .It is shown that as contents of glass fiber increased ,the tensile strength and thermostable property of the composite is improved.It is also shown that notch impact and unnotch Charpy impact strength,MER and the elongation at break of the composite is decreased as contents of glass fiber increased.
