运动后大鼠小肠壁形态学变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 将SD大鼠分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用普通的笼饲,实验组采用游泳形式进行训练,训练完成后,取出组织进行石蜡切片,对两组大鼠的几个形态学指标进行比较,进行T检验.结果表明,实验组与对照组相比较,小肠壁厚度、小肠壁粘膜层厚度都变小,小肠壁肌层厚度、小肠壁粘膜层上皮细胞密度都变大.经分析可知,较长时间的运动后,小肠的运动能力加强,分泌功能增强.从而得出,运动对消化系统具有良好的促进作用. SD rats were divided into experiment and control groups. The experiment group were trained to swim, while the control group were fed freely in the cage. After training, the issues were used to cut into slices, then compared to some morphological index of the two groups, then put up T test. As a result, when training is compared with controlling ,the mucous membrance,the small intestine wall are thinner, the small intestine muscular layer is thicker, the density of epithelial (DEC) is higher. After analysis, we present to : while a long time’s training, small intestine moves strongly, secretes increasely. So we can conclude that exercise can improve the digestive system.
